An anonymous quote I found online, regarding what length a chapter should be.
Simple little easy as chips salad recipe. Perfect for a post training meal, or a training day breakfast.
Ingredients:
The salad:
Rocket (big heap)
Bacon (2-4 slices)
Dried Figs (2-3, make sure they are just dried figs, no added preservatives)
Dried Prunes (1 or 2, Same as above)
1-2 slices of good mature cheddar (feta would do too)
Dressing:
Honey 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbs
White wine vinegar 1 tbs
For the dressing:
Mix ingredients together in a jar, shake well. Taste, and adjust to your preferences. This makes way more then you need, hence using a jar that you can seal and leave in the fridge!
1. Cook the bacon to your liking
2. Wash and arrange big heaping pile of rocket
3. Dice the figs, prunes, bacon and cheese
4. Arrange like a beautiful edible painting. Or just toss together.
5. Add dressing to taste.
